Course aims

Minor subject in English. To develop integrated listening, reading, speaking and writing skills. Linguistic, grammatical and content analysis of the fictional texts. Translating. Tasks that require creativity.

Brief description of the course

Global and selective reading. Working with a dictionary. Lexical-grammatical and communicative exercises. Content summaries. Vocabulary. Dialogues. Retelling. Written translation.

Learning outcomes in the course

Upon completing the course the student:
Skills for linguistic, grammatical and content analyses of fiction.
