Course aims
Create opportunities to develop vector and raster graphics skills to create high-quality design graphics.
Brief description of the course
Designing with vector and raster graphics design software: illustrations, icons, infographics, logos, posters, photo editing, digital collage. Requirements and principles of high-quality vector and raster graphics. Preparation of creative design works for publication on the web and in print.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- is able to skillfully handle raster and vector graphics based design software;
- creates high-quality and versatile design solutions in raster and vector graphics;
- is able to independently find and use instructions and study materials necessary for handling design software.
