Course aims
To give an overview of the principles of project management; to enable implementation of project management skills and knowledge during the execution and control of a real project.
Brief description of the course
Concepts of project management. Project phases: initiating, planning, management, reporting. Ways of funding projects.
Every student will execute one small project. It is important that the project is related to the use of ICT in education.

Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- knows the principles of project management; can execute a small-scale project;
- can analyse the executed project, sees the strengths and weaknesses of it, can see the solutions to avoid the same mistakes in the future.
