Brief description of the course
The research project in speciality focuses in every semester to the themes proposed by the lecturer. The reseach project could be carried out either at the university or in various professional institutions (publishing houses, cultural organizations, museums etc). For completing the project it is necessary to analyze different texts and materials concerning Estonian language, culture, history and society recommended by the lecturer or by the supervisor at the professional training institution. As the result of the course it is necessary to formulate the results of research as an individual project or a groupwork project, the focus of the project should be a practical one. If possible, the project should be linked to the subject of one’s Master’s thesis.
