Course aims
Develop ability to plan, write and evaluate research and development (R&D) projects. Provide an overview of the peculiarity of R&D project execution.
Brief description of the course
- Project management framework.
- Peculiarity and role of R&D projects in R&D activities.
- R&D financing frameworks.
- R&D project planning methods.
- R&D projects evaluation criteria.
- R&D project planning (initiation, scope, activities, resources, budget, risks, ethical and data mamangement aspects, impact and reach).
- R&D project review.
- R&D project executions.
