Course aims
A main subject for the Film Directing speciality, during which the student acquires the substantive and technical skills for film directing.
Brief description of the course
The course consists of speciality seminars on various elements of a film director's work, performing practical exercises, viewing film exceprts as well as joint analysis of exercises and film excerpts in the classroom.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- has ability to independently direct a short film within the given framework, taking into account the different stages of a director's work.
