Course aims
The Practical Film Project is a joint short film project carried out by film students which aims to provide students the opportunity to put their acquired knowledge into practice in a situation simulating real filmmaking.
Brief description of the course
The course consists of speciality seminars on various elements of a screenwriters's work, performing practical exercises, viewing film exceprts, case studies as well as joint analysis of exercises and film excerpts in the classroom.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
The ability to independently write the script for a short film within the given framework, taking into account the different stages of scriptnwriting.
