Course aims
To give theoretical knowledge and practical skills in selected sports, and to develope individual physical skills.
Brief description of the course
Basketball - Technical elements of defensive and offensive game and individual game tactics.
Volleyball - Volleyball technics: movements, passes, serving, spiking and blocking.
Athletics - Following athletics events: sprint, hurdles sprint, long-, high- and triple jump and shot put.
Outdoor Activities - Different outdoor activities: jogging, walking, nordic-walking, cross-country skiing, cycling, rollerblading and a short description and suitability like health sports.
Football - Players’ individual basic skills and simplest game elements will be developed in the course of practicing.
Trampoline - Basic positions and bounces.
Tumbling - Theoretical and practical basic of skills.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- has acquired basic knowledge and skills in the learned sports;
- is able to perform different technical elements correctly.
