Course aims
To create the precondition for the acquisition of volleyball technics. To support the acquisition of team tactics. To teach how to complete a volleyball team. To create the possibilities to learn how to organize and conduct a competition.
Brief description of the course
To carry out a volleyball practical lesson. Teaching volleyball technics, choosing the correct drills, correcting the mistakes, selfanalysation. Teaching volleyball tactics by using different exercises. Teaching attack and defence systems. Using different competition systems. Competition regulations and activities of the referees. Working with the literature.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- is able to demonstrate and teach the technical elements of volleyball;
- orients in game tactics of volleyball;
- can carry out a volleyball match and fill the protocol;
- knows competition regulations.
