Course aims
Create skills to teach and instruct activities of health sport for adults and elderly persons.
Brief description of the course
Specifics of adults traning. Objectives of health training, methods. System and forms of sport activities for adults .
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- has knowledges of objectives and methods for training adults and elderly persons;
- has skills to conduct training sessions for adults and elderly persons;
- has skills to apply training loads according different age of athlets for different sport disciplines.
