Course aims
The objective is to give an overview of the main topics in personnel management. Having passed the course, the student should be able to effectively plan the role of human resources in the organization from the perspective of the effectiveness of the organization.
Brief description of the course
Personnel management as the key component in organization management. Planning, developing and motivating personnel. Evaluating successful performance, salary administration, job satisfaction, job stress, conflict resolution.
