Course aims

Compulsory of the minor project management. To give students basic knowledge in finance and accountancy.

Brief description of the course

Basics of finance and accountancy. Estimating the costs of a project. Budget, cost-prognosis. Risk-estimations, planning the reserves. Fund-raising. Financing a non-profit project. Compiling the financial contracts. Planning of costs and returns, controlling income and expenses, renewing the budget. Financial analysis, compiling and presenting finance reports.
