Course aims

To unite didactics knowledge to the school reality;
To support students’ skills of socializing with the (future) school being a teacher;
To promote on students’ experience and development as a teacher of the subject.

Brief description of the course

Introduction seminar. Observation of the lessons (1 week) and giving lessons on II and III school levels (3 weeks). Final seminar.

Learning outcomes in the course

Upon completing the course the student:
1. is able to see connections between school reality and acquired knowledge from the didactical course;
2. is able to act in school and to comprehend the role of a teacher, based on the observed material;
3. is able to conduct lessons:
a. comprehending the knowledge on the subject, connected to them skills and role of the values in the process of pupils’ development;
b. knowing the contents of the subject;
c. using proper methods of teaching.
