Course aims

- To promote the mastering of skills necessary for field works in mycology;
- To promote the mastering of skills necessary for distinguishing between main groups of fungi.

Brief description of the course

Field course during which the participants learn different species of fungi and get knowledge to describe fungal flora. All participants must present the collection of fungi.

Learning outcomes in the course

Upon completing the course the student:
- has ability to recognise main fungal species in different communities;
- has skills to determine fungi;
- has basic skills to describe fungal flora.
