Course aims
To acquint the future choir conductor with voice preservation and breathing technique for singing.
Brief description of the course
An overview of voice healthcare, steadily acquiring a breathing technique for singing. Voice placing with a choir and individually. The student will also be acquainted with Estonian and Western choir repertoire
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- The student can sing choir vocal parts vocally and intonationally as perfectly as possible
- The student can analyse his/her and the choir’s action during the rendition process
- The student can sing choir vocal parts vocally and intonationally as perfectly as possible
