Course aims
The aim is to create possibilities to obtain following topics in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) in speech and in written form:
1. root and morpheme type; plural of adjectives, elative; kullun, ʾayyun, baʿḍun, ġayru, miṯlu, šibhu;
2. verbs: doubled verbs and IX basic form; jussive;
3. syntax: kāna and its "sisters"; compound tenses.

Brief description of the course
The following topics of MSA will be dealt with during the course:
