Course aims
-The main objective of this cause is for the students to learn the main characteristics of morphology and syntax.
Brief description of the course
The course will cover the key ideas regarding the theories, terminology and methodology to carry out morphosyntactic analysis in Spanish.
The student will:
- Learn to analyze different types of texts in Spanish from a linguistic approach.
- Have a broader knowledge of grammar structures and semantics in order to apply theory on morpho-syntactic analyses.

Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
The student will need to be able to carry out morphological (words, prefix, suffix, infix, derivation, desinence… ) and syntactic analysis (simple, coordinated and relative clauses) of the Spanish language.
