Course aims
The objective of the course is to provide an overview of the legal and ethical regulations of entrepreneurship; the essence of entrepreneurship and business ethics, management ethics and responsible entrepreneurship, as well as legal and ethics related problems in entrepreneurship, and their possible solutions; to develop the ability to resolve legal and ethical questions relating to entrepreneurship
Brief description of the course
The course provides an overview of the legal regulations governing entrepreneurship, the objectives and experience in application. The role of ethics, good practices and social responsibility in entrepreneurship. Examination and analysis of whether and how the law ensures fairness, integrity and good practices in entrepreneurship
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- possesses an overview of the legal system governing the regulation of entrepreneurship and important sources of law;
- understands the key principles of entrepreneurship or business ethics, and the relationship between the legal regulation of entrepreneurship and business ethics;
- is able to resolve questions relating to entrepreneurship by adhering to and applying legal and ethical norms.
