Course aims
Purpose of the subject is to obtain necessary proficiency to teach physical education from the I’st until the III’rd form.
Brief description of the course
Aims of physical education in the first school level. Different types of physical education, while teaching the subject taking into consideration differences on account of students age. Teaching and methodology of the exercises in physical education (gymnastics, dancing, cadence, track and field, swimming, winter sports, sport games, moving games). Developing of the students physical abilities, tests of physical abilities. Planning of physical education.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
-has acquired the knowledge and skills necessary for teaching physical education in grades I-III
-has acquired the knowledge and skills necessary for teaching physical education in grades I-III
