Course aims
To prepare students for project work as part of the daily activities of a youth worker, to find and use funding for youth projects, to support young people in the implementation of projects.
Brief description of the course
The subject deals with:
- basics of project work;
- project cycle from project idea and planning stage to evaluation and analysis, quality planning;
- project preparation and suitable tools (SWOT analysis, logical matrix);
- funders and funds for youth projects;
- project application preparation and reporting;
- basics of project management.

Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- finds suitable supporters for the implementation of youth projects;
- prepares a project application that meets the requirements of the Fund;
