Course aims
Student will have deeper knowledge of the social policy, specifically social, economic and political forces and the social policy making process in order to influence policy formulation.
Brief description of the course
A problem-focused analysis of past and current social policies: income maintenance, family, health care, social services, social exclusion & poverty, housing, social marketing etc. Policy analysis includes factors which influence policy development, policy implementation. Attention is given to specific Estonian situation in the context of EU enlargement.
