Course aims
to give the knowledge and skills needed by an organization providing serivces to their marketing planning and managing.
After finishing this course students will know the difference between marketing products and marketing services and can consider the differences when planning the marketing methods for the service provider.
Brief description of the course
Basics for service marketing. The definition and classification of service, service marketing characters and progress development, service quality and factors that influence it, service design and innovation and marketing, pricing and marketing and marketing communication principles in a service company.
