Course aims
To give an overview about the theoretical and implementation models of creativity and innovation which are related to: a) individuals, b) groups, c) organizations and d)historical periods and cultures in Estonian context.
Brief description of the course
The course will introduce the theory of innovation, the challenges and innovation of bringing changes into life in small enterprises in Estonia. Also, it researches the innovative and creative Estonian enterprises.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- is able to develop and advocate innovation in Estonian small size enterprises
- can bring new business innovation theories into life
- recognizes and describes demographic and cultural trends in Estonia which provide the innovation options;
- can introduce and manage the changes in Estonian enterprises.
