Course aims
The aim of the course is to provide an overview of the application of counselling psychology theories and principles of interventions, including professional and ethical issues. To support the acquisition of counselling skills.
Brief description of the course
This course provides an overview of the application of concepts, core counselling psychology theories and principles of interventions, including ethical and professional issues. The acquisition of counselling skills will be supported.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- knows and understands theoretical approaches of counselling psychology;
- knows and understands ethical issues in psychological counseling;
- knows and understands the basic principles of psychological intervention.
