Course aims
To offer for the student a possibility to specialize more thoroughly in a topic which is not covered in details by the lectures of the department.
Brief description of the course
Together with the supervisor, the programme and the list of required literature is created. The work to be evaluated consists of an essay of 10-15 pages on a topic agreed with the supervisor or a project approved by a supervisor.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
After passing the course, the students obtains skills in conducting an independent research in a narrower topic. An essay is to be written at home.
