Course aims
To introduce available jobs to students and offer an opportunity to apply skills and knowledge acquired in the process of specialisations.
Brief description of the course
In the process of the practical placement students get acquainted with the areas of application and opportunities of arts therapies. The practical placement is carried out desirably in an educational, health or care establishment. Reinforcement of the knowledge and skills acquired in the process of specialisations in practical work. Independent work: planning a therapy process, carrying it out, documenting and providing a written analysis of the therapy work. The results of the practical placement are presented on an open session.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
Knowledge about the opportunities of applying arts therapies in educational, health or care establishments;
Ability to apply specialised knowledge and skills to carry out the task of practical placement.
