Course aims
To provide opportunities for the realisation of creative self-expression and innovative thinking in real work relations/ work situations. To give practical skills of implementing practical principles of creative thinking in work relations.
Brief description of the course
Practical knowledge needed for establishing creative environment in work relations. Different roles of organisation members in the development of creative work environment. Sociometry. Group dynamics. Creativity in an organisation/work relations as a competitive edge. Making the work environment of an organisation more creative – practical work with the programmes of creative thinking and creative problem solving (De Bono’s method of 6 hats, brainstorming, Da Vinci’s method, Dali’s technique etc.). Independent work: independent practical work and presenting it during the seminars.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
Ability to implement practical techniques of establishing a creative work environment; Readiness and willingness to do independent creative work in an organisation;
Ability to support the development of personal creative self-expression in work relations;
Ability to apply the techniques of creative thinking in professional work in an organisation or as an executive.
