Course aims
To introduce basic art therapy techniques and their applications in practice.
Brief description of the course
Learning about art therapy techniques. Compiling a file of techniques. Methods of art therapies in different target groups. Planning the therapy process. As an independent work, students plan and carry out an art therapy exercise or therapy session in their study group and analyse it.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
Knowledge about the main techniques applied in art therapy;
Skills of independently applying different exercises;
Ability to independently carry out a short therapy process.
