Course aims
The objective of the course is to allow participants to analyse Estonian as well as international public relations incidents by using the incident analysis method.
Brief description of the course
Over the course of the subject, students will become familiar with more famous public relations cases. During group work, students will analyse both international as well as Estonian cases and describe incidents and media interpretation, and bring to the forefront the public relations aspects of incidents. All group works shall be debated jointly during the seminar
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- has ability to analyse various public relations incidents through the use of empirical analysis;
- has ability to use the case analysis method.
