Course aims

To support obtaining knowledge of contemporary development trends in information science and application of research methods.
To support ability of presenting research results in international professional community

Brief description of the course

Individual PhD subject. Student can choose the course (5-6 ECTS or two courses 3 ECTS) related to the research topic from the courses of Nordic Research School in Library and Information Science (NORSLIS).
The teaching language is English.

Learning outcomes in the course

Upon completing the course the student:
Profound knowledge in the chosen subject;
Skills to write and express one's point of view in foreign language and in international community.
