Course aims
To provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the basic logic on contemporary EU law. To provide students with the fundamental understanding of their own rights, as well as strategies to protect their rights.
Brief description of the course
The course addresses the following topics:
- the basic logic of contemporary EU law;
- the fundamental principles of legal regulation in modern Western societies;
- intellectual property rights;
- GDPR;
- strategies to protect the mentioned rights.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- has an understanding of basic logic on contemporary EU law;
- has an understanding of fundamental principles of legal regulation in modern Western societies;
- has an understanding of own Intellectual property rights;
- has an understanding of GDPR;
- has practical experience in protecting their own rights.
