Course aims
The course aims to achieve the intermediate level (B1) of communication skill in Korean and to understand Korean culture.
Brief description of the course
The course focuses on conversation skill so students can communicate in actual life. The topics are a career path, weather and season, pop music, anniversary, shopping, leisure, appointment, traditional holidays, etc. Korean culture part also will be covered. The topics are the popular jobs in Korea, Korean gift culture, usage of informal form of speaking, etc.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- is able to have a conversation in Korean about a career path, weather and season, pop music, anniversary, shopping, leisure, appointment, traditional holidays, etc;
- is able to make sentences in Korean on the basis of 623 words
