Course aims
To introduce the specifics of language in the novels of O. Pamuk.
Brief description of the course
The samples of stylistic features of Turkish language in Orhan Pamuk’s novels: the role of the variability of syntactic constructions for to explain the idea of the novel.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- knowledge of the Turkish language stylistic devices;
- ability to make a Turkish stylistic analysis of literary texts.
