Course aims
Give an overview of Finnish modern culture and its connections with Finnish cultural history and national identity, develop skills to analyse the issues of Finnish modern culture in the context of world culture
Brief description of the course
An overview of Finnish modern music, film, theatre, art and popular culture and its connections with Finnish and worldcultural history and national identity, develop skills to analyse the impact of the issues on Finnish national identity.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
