Course aims
The subject reviews theoretical and applied models of creativity and innovation concerning: a) individuals, b) groups, c) organizations, and d) historical periods and cultures in the context of Estonia
Brief description of the course
This course introduces students to the theories of creativity, challenges in implementing change and innovation in a small Estonian business, and examines creative and innovative Estonian companies.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
Upon successful completion of this course, the student is able to:
Develop and promote creativity in a small Estonian business;
Implement new theories of creativity in business operations;
Identify and describe the current demographic and cultural trends in Estonia that provide opportunities for innovation;
Introduce and manage changes in an entrepreneurial enterprise in Estonia.
