Course aims
Create the preconditions for acquiring the definitions of innovation, the interaction of creativity and innovation.
Brief description of the course
Enhancing and fostering creativity and innovation in the organization. Creativity and innovation in leading an organization. The concept of innovation. Types of innovation. Theories of creativity and spontaneity. Sociometrics. Group dynamics. The main ethical principles for working in an organization. The content of independent work: drawing up reports and essays based on required reading, presentation of these in groups, analysis of independent work of co-students.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
Knowledge of innovation theories.
Ability to analyze the expression of innovation in an organization.
Ability to implement innovative activity in professional cooperation.
