Course aims
Presenting the main features of strategies of legal development and formal requirements to legal acts.
Brief description of the course
Main features of politics of law are presented and analyzed. Technical rules and procedures of legal text-formation are explained and presented.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
