Course aims
The course aims to combine knowledge from sustainable digital society, data-driven active citizenship, artificial intelligence and data science.
Brief description of the course
The course allows students to practice teamwork, stakeholder communication, project management, and planning the process for designing for multiple stakeholders and users and provides scaffolds for solving wicked societal problems where the project has real-life clients.

The real-life clients propose topics that include data-based decision-making and/or applied artificial intelligence aspects. One elective course related to sustainable digital society and active citizenship benefits the completion of the project. The course is strongly student-centred, and teachers act as facilitators and provide guidance.
