or have formally, informally, or non-formally acquired competences in law, management, or public policy. A good command of the English language for academic purposes is necessary (at least B2 proficiency level under the Common European Framework). Applicants who do not comply with these requirements will be offered to take an equalizing course of 6 ECTS on the basics of pubic management, administration, and law, organized by the Coordinating institution.
