- plans and implements the teaching process in a values-based and ethical manner, integrating subject-specific knowledge, didactic approaches, and the development of general competences, while supporting deep learning, learner engagement, and well-being;
- reflects on teaching, adapts the learning environment, learning content, and tasks by applying differentiation, the principles of inclusive education, and digital technological solutions in order to support the learning and development of all learners;
- uses formative assessment and learning-supportive feedback to monitor students’ understanding and to adapt the teaching process accordingly;
- takes care of their own well-being, uses an inquiry-based and research-informed approach for the continuous development and improvement of teaching, collaborates with different stakeholders, and contributes to learning communities;
