Admission requirements:
1. Educational requirement: the entrant must have either:

(a) Master’s (or equivalent) degree; Alternatively:
(b) Bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree with at least 1 year of professional experience in human management, organisational wellbeing, human resources, health services or recreation.
2. Language proficiency requirement: Knowledge of English at least at B2 level.
3. Successful completion of the admission examination.
Requirements for professional experience:
Professional experience in a position related to the design, delivery or development of wellbeing or recreational services is required. In order to prove your professional experience, you will need to provide an overview of the content and scope of your duties. The Admission Exam Committee shall have the right to reduce the requirement of professional experience if the entrant has completed further training or a traineeship in the field of wellbeing of the organisation, human resources, health services or recreation.
Meeting the entry condition is a prerequisite for admission to the admission examination. Compliance with the requirements is assessed by the Admission Exam Committee.
