- Critical analysis and knowledge acquisition in the context of the processes of individual and organisational development, the educational system, educational policy and society;
- Analysing and developing the management and study processes of educational and training establishments in the context of educational and child-rearing paradigms, educational and organisational theories and educational reality;
- Supporting the development of readiness for, and competencies in: strategic planning, evaluating, critically analysing and developing the management processes and activities of educational and training establishments in the sphere of a specific profession and activity, as well as preparation for continuing studies at the doctoral level;
