business and administration, provided the prerequisite compulsory TLU Law BA module has been completed.
The applicants who have completed Bachelor´ curriculum in speciality other than Law are admitted in condition that they have completed the prerequisite compulsory courses (min 36 ECTS from TLU BA Law programme) before their applying. A list of compulsory courses for each academic year is available on TLU homepage. The courses can be passed via TLU Open Academy (fee required) or via recognition of prior learning process based on the regulatory process of TLU.
Only applicants who have certified the pass of the compulsory orerequisite courses are allowed to the admission exam.
Admission examination consists of a written test (the multiple choice test contains questions based on the mandatory course of Bachelor´s studies in Law) and interview (conducted on the basis of the draft plan of the applicant´s Master´s thesis (2-4 pp.).
If possible, candiates should bring along their Bachelor's thesis.
The draft plan of the Master's thesis needs to be uploaded, along with the application documents, into SAIS.

which includes passing all compulsory courses and compiling and defending the Master’s thesis. Students who have not graduated from upper secondary schools where Estonian is the language of instruction, or who have graduated from schools where Estonian is only partly the language of instruction, are required to have Estonian language proficiency at C1 level.
Since the admission of year 2016 students are required to pass during the studies at least one course which uses a foreign language as the language of instruction.
