Course aims
To create prerequisites for developing the techniques for playing the guitar and opportunities for playing the guitar in a band.
Brief description of the course
The students are being given an opportunity to develop their guitar playing skills on a basic level during one semester. The student practices reading music for guitar, guitar band, learns how to back the soloist and how to use a right application during play.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- has gained basic technical guitar playing skills;
- is able to play from the music notes easier pieces and band pieces;
- is able to play simpler majors and back the soloist.
