Course aims
To create possibilities for understanding of the principles of movement in relation to the movement technique being taught.

Brief description of the course
In practical classes attention is paid to spatial orientation, personal kinesphere, artistic potential, memory of dynamics, qualities in movement and music. Practical movement materials will help to apply the skills learned into different works and performance situations.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- is able to use their body skilfully with a wide range of expression;
- is able to understand the anatomical and physiological principles of movement and apply these to movement.
