Course aims
Students who have succesfully followed this course, will have acquired a clear insight on the legal entities created by the European Union. These EU entities are the European Economic Interest Group (EEIG), European Private company (SPE), European Cooperative Society (SEC) and the European Company (SE).

Learning outcomes in the course
