Course aims
To provide the knowledge of the peculiarities , planning of activities and the need for receration among people with special needs.
Brief description of the course
The aim and basic concepts of adapted physical activity and recreation . Provide a basic introduction about physical and motor finess, fundamental motor skills and paterns . To give practical skills for the planning, asessing, prescrbing, teaching and evaluating adapted physical education. The creation of individual receration programms
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- understands the morpho- functional nature of people with the special needs;
- is able to assess the sensorimotor skills and finess of people with the special needs;
- is able to produce the recreational program and organizing activities;
- knows all the indications and contraindications of activities.
Additional information
Ainekursus eeldab vähemalt 50 % loengutel osalemist. Iseseisvate tööde esitamine vastavalt etteantud tähtajale ja täitmisvormile on kohustuslik.
Eksamile pääsemise eelduseks on üliõpilase poolt tehtud iseseisva töö ( video analüüs, taustauuringu protokoll) esitamine etteantud tähtajaks.
