Course aims

To have overwiev about relations between work ability and recreation. To observe different approaches to these items. To observe different researches and practical activities of items work ability and recreation

Brief description of the course

Work ability and his aspects. Work and leisure time. Role of recreation in influence to work ability. Work ability, leisure and wellness. (J.T. Havorth’s interpretation ). Work ability problems in Estonia. Work ability solutions on work places. Recreational activities for corrections and development work abilities on work places. Individual studies named problems and preparation written work.

Learning outcomes in the course

Upon completing the course the student:
- has knowledge about work ability and recreation activities connections;
- knows Estonian and world practice about these items;
- can make interpretation and use them.
