The objective of the course is to give an overview of the strategic concept and the process of strategic planning.

The objective of the course is to give an overview of the strategic concept and the process of strategic planning.
The course defines the terms of strategy, strategic planning and strategic management. The process of strategic planning and its different models and outcome will be introduced. Seminars will be held to put the theory into practise.
