Course aims

Acquisition of subject didactic knowledge and skills of different technologies for conducting craft lessons in the first level of general education school, development of partial skills. Acquisition of work process planning skills. Development of home knowledge and skills in the first level of school.

Brief description of the course

Textile work. Crafting in the workshop. Healthy eating, etiquette, simple food preparation, tidying work.

Learning outcomes in the course

Upon completing the course the student:
- is able to apply knowledge and skills in textile work;
- is able to apply basic technological skills in wood and metal processing;
- knows the basics of a healthy diet and is able to instruct in the preparation of simple foods.
